Explorer Plugin

Explorer is contextual. It shows folder navigation results when a file manager or open/save dialog is active.

In File Explorer or Finder

Open Wox while the file manager is focused and type part of a child folder or file name:

project

Select a folder to navigate there. Use the Action Panel when you want to reveal or open in a separate window.

In Open/Save Dialogs

Open Wox while a dialog is active to jump to useful folders:

Folders already open in the file manager.
Recently used folders for the active app.
Common locations such as Desktop, Documents, and Downloads.

Notes

Explorer results are intentionally quiet when no supported context is active.
Windows and macOS have the richest support; Linux support depends on the desktop environment.
